Miles, Imran and I left the Paradise parking lot around 4am on Sunday to climb Little Tahoma in a fast and light but mostly fast style. It snowed and wind blew hard on Saturday so avalanche danger was on our mind but what we found was that most of the snow got blown away from the mountain leaving pretty hard stable crust on top.

It's possible to drive all the way to the TH. On Sunday continuous snow started about 1 mile into the hike but it's melting fast. I'd say in a week you'll have to hike to where the trail starts climbing (~2miles) before being able to switch to skis. Otherwise good times.
