The first half of the Intro to Ice class went out this past weekend to the Mt Baker seracs. We choose to do a day trip on Sunday rather a full weekend as planned because it was miserably rainy and cold on Saturday and Saturday night. On Sunday it was mostly cloudy and cold with occasional sun breaks and snow flurries and a few inches of snow on the ground. A perfectly nice day to be ice climbing. Thank you Susan Sayers and Marla Pickens for helping out.
