This file gallery is intended for sharing data files containing GPS waypoints.
Due to limitations of the web server only files with certain file extensions such as .txt and .zip may be downloaded. For example, files with the extensions .tpo and .tpg as created by the Topo program can be uploaded to the server but attempts to download the files yield a 404 not found error.
Until the issue is resolved, it is recommended that the following workaround be used. Before uploading, rename files by replacing the period with an underscore and then appending the extension .zip. For example, a file named Glacier-1.tpo would get renamed to Glacier-1_tpo.zip. Files with the .zip extension can be downloaded from the web server. The _tpo will indicate that after downloading people should strip off the trailing .zip and replace the underscore with a period to restore the original file name.
